AMBER

With a performance as inviting as its classical good looks, the Amber loudspeaker series, is a truly refined speaker. Designed with a distinctly art-deco feel, the speakers from this new range are built into a real wood cabinet, producing a rich, warm sound, steeped in emotion. Complex computer modeling has been used in the design of the cabinets to minimize coloration, the woofer cones are constructed using the patented mineral loaded homopolymer plastic to damp unwanted resonances, whilst retaining the strength to keep bass accurate and dynamic. Finally, laser interferometry has been used to create a truly outstanding tweeter. The end result is a classic amongst speakers - a dry acoustic character with a revealing and flawless transparency.

Craftsmanship

True craftsmanship and hand-built quality, Amber is a classically British speaker with a touch of refinement. The real wood veneers are matched and paired, using consecutive cuts from the same log and every single part and component is crafted within our own factory.

We sought for the finest raw material to ensure each component is leading in its class. The neodymium magnets have excellent strength to weight ratios for brilliant accuracy and speed. Internal wiring is exceptionally pure oxygen free copper. Each voice coil is wound by hand, the mid-range drivers double wound and the bass drivers quadruple wound. Each speaker in the range can be bi-wired with gold-plated binding posts.
